Besides being a great singer with a beautiful voice, Flora is an artist. To start playing any of Flora’s tunes is relatively easy as they all have an inner logic that speaks for itself. I’m sure she’s going to have a great impact in the scene. - Jorge Rossy

Flora won the 1st prize of the Crest Vocal Jazz competititon 2026
‘This year, at the competition which took place from 4 to 7 August, a duo led by the Dutch singer Flora de Geus, accompanied by the French pianist Noé Sécula, won the most coveted prize – the Jury Prize – following a lengthy selection process from an initial 70 entries from France and across Europe.
This choice was down to the Dutch singer’s superb vocal technique, complemented by a creative pianist who expresses himself fully whilst allowing her plenty of freedom.
(…) Flora de Geus managed to win over the audience with her freshness, her candour and, above all, her outstanding vocal talents.’
